2-3 c. diced fresh tomatoes
1 finely diced green pepper
1 finely diced onion (Walla Walla sweet if available)
1 minced jalapeņo pepper (or more if you want hotter)
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar (or sugar twin)
1 1/2 t. salt

Directions:

Mix all together and serve with tortilla chips.
