1/3 to 1/2 of Potato Roll recipe
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Roll dough to about 1/8 in. thick into a rectangle. Cut dough to make an even rectangle. Use hands to smush butter and sugars. Add about 1/8 c. cinnamon and mush again. Spread mixture on top of rectangle evenly. Roll up into a long roll. Rolls can be sliced between 3/4 and 2 inches thick. Place in greased (Crisco) glass casserole (round or oblong) with rolls touching. Let rise until about double in size. Bake 350º for 15-20 minutes.

Rolls should be medium brown when done. The thicker they are, the longer you bake. (If more than 1" thick, they may even need to be covered)
