3 lbs of cranberries
2cups light brown sugar
2cups white sugar
grated rind of three oranges
1 cup of orange juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
For about 2 quarts. Pick over and wash 4 packages (3 lbs) of cranberries and place in a roomy saucepan with 2cups each of light brown sugar and of white sugar, the grated rind of three oranges, 1 cup of orange juice and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stir up, cover and boil just until the cranberries burst--4 to 4 minutes.
Sauce jells when cold.
