4-6 pork chops (bone-in tastes best)
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
Cajun seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown pork chops in frying pan on both sides. Place them in a 9x13 dish sprayed with cooking spray.
2. In medium bowl combine rice, soup, water and seasonings. Pour over the pork chops.
3. Bake 45 minutes @ 350º
