1 1/2 lbs ground beef or turkey
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp stead seasoning or salt/pepper
Olive oil
3/4 lbs sharp cheddar
3 lg romaine hearts
1 cup sliced pickles (optional)
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
3 T yellow mustard
2 T apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 T finely chopped chives
2 T pimentos or finely chopped red pepper

Make mini hamburgers by mixing ground beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. cook hamburgers in skillet or on grill until cooked the way you like them, add cheese if you want. make salad by combining lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, cucumbers and any other vegetables you like. Mix dressing ingredients and whisk until mixed thoroughly. put salad on plate and put cheeseburgers on top and drizzle with dressing.
