2 lbs. round steak
4 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. accent seasoning
3 tbsp. oil
1 large green pepper (chopped)
1 can mushrooms
3 stalks celery (sliced)
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced almonds

1. Cut meat into small bite-sized pieces. Stir in 2 tbsp. soy sauce and accent and mix well with meat.
2. Brown meat in oil, add onion, pepper, celery and drained mushrooms.
3. Mix remaining 2 tbsp. soy sauce with flour and enough COLD water to make 2 cups. Pour over meat in frying pan. Lower the heat. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Check often. Add more water if necessary.
4. When tender, serve over steamed rice or noodles. Add almonds before serving.
