3 large apples (chopped)
30 grapes (cut into halves)
1 can of pineapple chuncks (drained)
2-3 ribs celery (chopped)
1 cup walnuts
vanilla yogurt (Not low fat)
1 cup of dried cranberries
Juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Place all of the chopped fruit and walnuts into a bowl. Add as much or as little yogurt to fruit and mix. Chill and serve.

This waldorf salad is a nice change from the traditional salad that requires mayonnaise. Even though you are not using low fat yogurt is has less calories:)
