1 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c egg substitute
2 tsp vanilla


1 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
cooking spay
1/4 c Heath bar chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream first four ingredients in large bowl. Add dry ingredients. Stir just until moist. Spread batter in 8" square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle Heath chips on top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick in the center comes out almost clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.
