2 c flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp chilled butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
3/4 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c finely chopped green onions
1 c buttermilk
1/2 c sour cream
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Put dry ingredients into bowl and mix. Cut in butter until mixture resembles corn meal. Add cheese and onions. Toss well. Add buttermilk and sour cream. Stir until moist. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes or until edges are brown. Remove biscuits from pan and cool on wire racks.
