1 c. oil
4 eggs
yellow cake mix
2 cans mandarin oranges (drained)
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, eggs, cake mix and oranges together according to box directions. Use either a 9x13 pan or two 9-inch pans. Bake at 350º.
Cool cake. Mix together the Cool Whip, pineapple and pudding for two minutes. Frost cake and refrigerate.
