Pizza dough
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
sliced pepperoni

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 2-3 inch circles. Press each circle into bottom of muffin tin and bake for 10-12 minutes or until dough is golden brown. Top each dogh with 1-2 T of sauce and cheese and 1 slice of pepperoni or 1/2 meatball. Increase oven temperature to 400º and bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
