8 potatoes, cubed
2 cups celery, chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 chicken boullion cubes
6 tbsp oleo
6 tbsp flour
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c milk
sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese

In large pan cook potatoes, carrots, and onions.
in about a quart of water.
Cook until tender. Do not drain.
Add boullion cubes, oleo, flour, mushroom soup, and milk.
Just before serving, add cheeses.
Serve hot.
