Mix
2 eggs beaten
1/4 c brown sugar
middle size can of crushed pineapple
Add
2 c AP(all purpose) flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp baking soda
Add
1 cup of nuts (your choice) (optional)
1 tsp Vanilla

Frosting
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c. milk (not fat free)
1 stick of margarine or butter
Boil above for 6 to 14 min. then add a cup of chopped nuts (optional) and pour on cake.

Bake 40 mins at 350º in a 10 x 13 pan (glass works better but can be done in aluminum.



When removed from oven and still hot poke holes over cake with toothpick then pour on frosting .
