1 C. chopped onion
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. oil
1 can 28 oz. stewed diced tomatoes
1 can 4 oz. mushrooms stems and pieces
1 can 2 1/4 oz. sliced ripe olives drained
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
salt/pepper
12 oz. spaghetti cooked in salted water and drained
2 C. 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup undiluted
1/4 C. water
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese

Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. in 9x13 pan

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Cook hamburger and onion in oil till hamburger is done. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, oregano, and basil. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Place half of spaghetti in a greased 9x13 pan. Top with half of the hamburger. mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Mix the soup and water till smooth, pour over the casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 min. till heated through.
