1 lb. bulk sausage (you can use 1/2 Italian sweet sausage)
1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 1/2 C. hash browns Thawed
1 C. cheese grated

5 eggs
1/4 C. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese

Bake 350 30 min. in 10-12" Pizza pan

Brown and drain sausage. Line 12" greased pan with crescent rolls. Press over bottom and up sides. Seal the edges together. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt,pepper. Pour over hashbrowns. (I use a measuring cup.) Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake until the eggs are set and the crust is nicely browned. Use a table knife to check.

This can be made in a 9x13" dish. You will need another part package of crescent rolls, 2 cups of hashbrowns, and probably 1/2 to 1 more cup of cheddar cheese. Allow more cooking time. Do not add more egg mixture. This reheats really well. I don't know any reason why you couldn't freeze this.
