1/3 c. flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs well beaten

Combine butter, sugar, flour & eggs. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook over hot water until smooth.
