Ground chuck (1 1/2 lbs.)
Pork sausage (1 lb.)
2 or 3 eggs
2 sleeves crushed saltine crackers
1 large onion (chopped)
3 stalks celery (chopped)
1 large bell pepper (chopped)
2 small cans tomato sauce
1/2 jar Ragu sauce (regular type)

Directions:

Mix thoroughly and mold into a loaf shape. Make a small indention on top of loaf (this will hold the sauce when you ladle over meatloaf during cooking stage).
Bake at 350º for approximately 2 1/2 hours.

This was my Dad's favorite to cook for his family. Another favorite was to cook his spaghetti, mix pasta into sauce, place cheese on top and then serve with a huge pot of mashed potatoes!!!!!!
and we wonder why we are not pencil thin?????
