1 lb. bulk sausage (can be sweet Italian)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs (Progresso Italian)
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1 C. sour cream
6 5-6" zucchini sliced
salt/pepper
6 oz. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Add all ingredients except zucchini and cheese.

Grease or spray with Pam a 2 1/2-3qt. casserole dish. Layer half the zucchini. Salt and Pepper. Put all the sausage mixture next. Add remaining zucchini again salt and pepper. Bake 35 min. at 350 degrees covered. Uncover and add cheese and bake another 10 min.
