30-40 small squash
2 large onions
1 lb of butter or margarine
1 8 oz. sour cream
4 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 lb of cheddar cheese
1 large chopped onion
1 can of chopped waterchestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash with 2 large onions. Pour hot squash over cheese & butter to melt; then mix the remaining ingredients. Stir well. Salt to taste.

Store in zip lock bag & freeze. When ready to prepare ~ thaw, melt 1 stick of butter & mix with one box of chicken flavored stove top stuffing. Put layer of stuffing on bottom, then layer of filling. Top with remaining stuffing mix.
