1 lb. cabbage
5 scallions (green onions) - including tops
2 pkg. Ramen oriental noodles (use only noodles)
1 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. margarine
1 pk. slivered almonds

Dressing:
1 c. canola oil, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cider vinegar

Directions:

Chop the cabbage and scallions, chill in regrigerator. Break noodles in small pieces and brown with margarine until light brown in skillet. Add almonds and sesame seeds, make sure not to burn. Drain on paper towels and set aside. Blend the dressing ingredients with wire whip. Don't refrigerate. Add to noodle mixture and cabbage just before serving.
