3/4 lbs. Hamburger
(1) 6 oz Can Tomato Paste
1 TBSP Instant Minced Onion
1 TSP Italian Seasoning
(1) Can Refrigerated Biscuits
1/2 to 3/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Salt and Pepper

Directions:

Brown and drain hamburger. Stir in tomato paste, onion, seasoning, salt and pepper. Mixture will be thick. Cook over low heat until hot, stirring often. Roll each biscuit flat. Place biscuits in greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides of tins. Spoon about 1/4 cup mixture into biscuit lined cups and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 400º for 12 Minutes or until golden brown.

I have used this recipe for 4-H kids to make for their treats. Also this is a good recipes if anyone has to do a demonstration on food. Good for little ones and their friends.
