2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 (.5 oz.) packages Ranch style dressing mix (dry)
2 (1.25 oz.) packages mild taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can black beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes with chiles, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 (16 oz.) cans white corn, undrained
2.5 cups water (more if needed)

Directions:

Cook meat and onion together until meat is browned. Stir in ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning mix. Add remaining ingredients. Add water. Simmer for 2 hours. If too thick, add more water to desired consistency. Garnish each serving with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips or cornbread.
