1) 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
2) 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) cut diced tomatoes (drained)
3) 1/2 of a pkg. taco seasoning
4) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) Brown meat in skillet, drain
2) Reserve 2 tbsp. tomato, add remaining tomato and taco seasoning in skillet, cook 5 min.
3) Spoon into 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish
4) top with cheese and extra tomatoes.
5) Bake at 375 for 5 min. until cheese is melted.

1) Add onions to meat.
2) Place flour tortilla chips under meat mixture and cook.
3) Top with jalapeņos or green chilies.
