1 pt. Vanilla ice cream, softened
1 lb. Margarine/butter
1/3 c. Sugar
4 c. Flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ice cream and butter, add sugar and flour. Dough will be stiff. Divide into 4 rolls, wrap in wax paper, refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Unwrap and slice. Put your favorite filling on top, apricot, prune, strawberry, poppyseed or cheese.
Bake 375º 12-15 min. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
