1 med. head cauliflower, broken into florets
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup flour
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups 2% milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower until tender (10-15 minutes). Drain and coarsely chop, set aside.
In a large saucepan, over medium heat; melt butter and cook onion until limp. Blend in flour. Add chicken broth, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until mixture thickens slightly.
Add cauliflower, bring to a boil and stir in cheese. Cook, stirring until cheese melts.
