1 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 diced tomatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 c. tomato sauce or ketchup
3 raw potatoes, peeled and cubed
1, 10 oz. pkg of frozen peas
2 t. curry powder
1 1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown beef, onion and garlic until beef is browned. Drain off grease.
Stir in remaining ingredients except the peas. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add peas, cover and cook for 5 minutes or until peas are heated all the way through.
