1 can light kidney beans
1 can great northern beans
1 can dark kidney beans
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 package precooked smoked sausage
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 cans water

Directions:
Directions:
Drain beans and put in pot.
Add chicken broth & water.
Add all other ingredients except sausage and bring to a boil, then simmer.
Dice up the sausage and add to pot.
Simmer about an hour, soup will thicken.
Taste and adjust as necessary.
