1 pond pork sausage
1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls
2 cups shredded mozzarella
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Crumble sausage in medium skillet. Cook over medium heat til
brown. Drain well.

Line bottom of buttered 13x9x2 inch baking dish with cresent
rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with
sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and
pour over sausage.

Bake for 15 minutes or until set. (Usually cooks longer than
15 minutes.) Let stand for 5 minutes.
