Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) package Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing (unseasoned)
1 cup onion, chopped
2/3 cups celery, sliced
3 sliced cooked bacon, chopped
1 stick butter
16 oz. Oysters, chopped (save juices)
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Paprika or more to taste
2 tsp. Parsley
1/3 cup chicken broth (or more if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Place cornbread in large bowl. Saute all vegetables in 3 Tbsp. of butter. Fry bacon and chop. Add all seasonings to bread and stir well. Add oysters and bacon and stir. Add oyster juice and chicken broth in equal amounts until the stuffing is moist. (Do not add so much that it gets soupy -- just enough to make it moist. Check stuffing package directions to determine how much liquid to add.) Melt remaining butter and pour over stuffing.

Stuff your bird as directed and ENJOY!
