1 cups flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (8 oz) container orange yogurt
1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 tablepoon lemon juice
1 egg
1/4 cup orange marmalade


Glaze:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice

Heat oven to 400º. Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.

In large bowl, combine flour, whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well.

In small bowl, combine yogurt, oil, orange peel, lemon juice, and egg; blend well. Add to dry ingredients; stir until moistened.

Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Top each with 1 teaspoon marmalade.

Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.

In small saucepan, combine glaze ingredients. Bring to a boil; stir until sugar is dissolved. Brush glaze over muffins.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
