Salmon fillets
1/4 c. Soy sauce
Garlic
Ginger crushed
Black pepper
1 T. Brown sugar
Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except for Salmon fillets. Add Salmon and marinate for no longer than 30 minutes. Put lemon juice on top of Salmon fillets.
Heat cast iron pan till very hot, remove from heat and spray with Pam (if you like spicy you can carefully sprinkle the pan with cayenne pepper at this time). Carefully place fillets into pan and cook 5 minutes on each side, longer for thicker fillets.
