Ingredients:  
2 Tablespoon oil or butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, coarsely chopped
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
4 cups brown rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute garlic and green onions in oil for one
minute.
2. Add nuts and cook until lightly brown.
3. Add mushrooms and cook for two minutes.
4. Add soy sauce.
5. Cover and simmer for five minutes.
6. Stir cooked rice into mixture and blend
thoroughly.

Serves six.
