4 c water
1/4 c instant coffee
3 c white sugar
1 fifth 100% vodka
3 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Bring water, instant coffee and sugar to boil. Simmer for 1 hour. Cool to room temperature
Add vodka an vanilla. Mix well and pour into 2 bottles. Age 1 month

I've never been able to let it age for more than 10 minutes. It will thicken upon aging (so they tell me)
