2 2/3 c. unsalted butter
3 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 large eggs
3 T. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
4 c. oats
8 oz. dark raisins
8 oz. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar in very large bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs, honey, vanilla and salt until smooth and creamy. Using large wooden spoon or your hands, work in flour and oats until evenly distributed. Shape dough into large 3-inch balls and press onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or to golden brown.
