2 cups Amish Friendship bread starter
3 eggs
1 C oil
1/2 C milk
1 C sugar
2 C flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 small boxes instant pudding (vanilla, chocolate, lemon, french vanilla, cheese cake, etc)

Directions:

Grease 2 loaf pans or a bunt pan. Mix 1/4 c sugar and 3 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle some of it in the greased pan(s) This is optional.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well blended. Divide evenly between the pans and top with remaining cinnamon sugar if desired.

Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold.
