6 carrots, finely grated
2 - 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
1/2-1 c Mayonnaise
2 T dried ginger powder
3 T butter, softened
Alfalfa sprouts

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix all ingredients except the alfalfa sprouts until well blended. Spread mixture about 1/4 inch thick on bread, top with alfalfa sprouts & another bread slice. Trim crusts if desired.
