1 1/2 c. Rice cooked
1 small can Evaporated milk (Milnot's OK)
6 Eggs
4 c. Milk
1 c. Sugar
1/4 - 1/2 c. Raisins
1-2 t. Vanilla, Rum
Cinnamon & Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Butter baking dish (9 x 13 or similar size). Put cooked rice on bottom, pour evaporated milk over rice and let set.
Beat 6 egg, warm milk slightly, add sugar, raisins, vanilla and rum, add this mixture to beaten eggs. Pour over rice.
Sprinkle cinnamon & nutmeg on top.
Put a pan with water in oven, put the rice mixture into water bath and bake 375º for 1 hr. OK to bake a little longer if necessary till middle is set.
