6 oz pasta twists or shell macaroni
1/4 c toasted sesame seeds
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 t. sesame oil
1/3 c. light soy sauce
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
3 Tbls. sugar
dash of pepper
1 Tbls. fresh grated ginger
3 c. shredded, cooked chicken breast
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. fresh pea pods cut on diagonal in 1" pieces

Directions:

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until just done. rinse under cold water and drain well.
Combine sesame seeds, oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper, and ginger in small bowl. Pour over pasta in large serving bowl. Add Chicken, green onion, and parsley.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
