2 Pie crusts, graham cracker or shortbread
1/2 gal. Ice Cream Vanilla, softened
12 oz Lemonade frozen, thawed
16 oz Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Place pie crusts in freezer.
Put softened ice cream, lemonade and 3/4 of the cool whip into a large bowl. Stir until blended
Spread 1/2 in each pie crust. Top with remaining cool whip. Freeze just until topping is firm, then cover airtight with foil or plastic wrap. Freeze 4 hours or until hard. Serve garnished with lemon slices.
I have used pink lemonade and other ice creams, be creative, don't be afraid to use your imagination.
You can't mess up with this recipe, it's easy and one of my favorite summer recipes.
