2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. Rice Crispies (or Coco Pebbles)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, soda, and salt together. Cream crisco, sugar, and brown sugar together. Add eggs, vanilla and dry ingredients slowly. Blending with spoon add nuts and rice crispies. Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour. Drop by 1/2 teaspoon. Bake 350º for 10-12 minutes.
