1 cup bourbon
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 lb. brown sugar
1/2 cup fresh garlic, chopped
1 1/2 large onions, chopped

Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together. Marinate steaks a minimum of 24 hours. Discard marinade and grill meat.
