1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. corn bread mix
1/3 c. finely chopped onions
Enough oil to fry in pan or Fry Daddy
Directions:
Directions:
combine milk and eggs in large bowl. Add corn bread mix and finely chopped onions. Stir until smooth. Drop by spoonful into hot fat (375º) and fry until golden brown. Drain and enjoy.
