1/4 c. corn oil
1 1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 can tomatoes
2 T. cornstarch
1/3 c. diced canned chili pepper
1 T. worcestershire
1/2 lb. shredded pasteurized process cheese spread

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic, cook until tender and transparent. Drain 1/3-cup liquid from tomatoes, mass tomatoes if necessary. Add to onion mixture with tomatoes, chili pepper and worcestershire sauce, mix well. Heat mixture to boiling and boil 1 minute or until mixture thickens. Reduce heat and stir in cheese. Heat until cheese is completely melted. Serve hot on chips.
