3/4 cup rice
4 lean center-cut pork chops
1 onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced into rings
1 can beef bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Place rice in bottom of 2 quart casserole. Trim fat from pork chops. Brown in skillet and arrange on top of rice. Place onion, tomato, and pepper ring on top of each chop. Pour can of bouillon over chops. Cover and bake 1 hour.
