Ranger Cookies Recipe

1 cup shortening or margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour (white or whole wheat)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups Quaker oats
2 cups Rice Krispies
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup butterscotch bits

Cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Gradually mix in dry ingredients with your hands. Shape into walnut size balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Press flat on cookie sheet with fork. Place in pre-heated over. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
