1/2 small onion, sliced into strips
1/2 lb. fresh, sliced mushrooms
2-3 zucchini sliced
1 T. butter
Seasoned salt to taste
1/2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded.
Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Add zucchini and cook until tender. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Stir. Top with mozzarella cheese. When melted, serve.
