1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1'/2 cup uncooked rice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Shredded sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 pound ground beef and 1/3 cup onion chopped until meat is browned. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Add I can tomatoes, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup uncooked rice and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 15 minutes. Stuff salted green peppers upright in baking dish. Cover with shredded sharp cheese and bake uncover at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes.
