1 c. Brown Rice (Browned) - Fry In A Small Amount Of Butter Until Soft
2 Stalks Celery - Chopped
1 Medium Onion - Chopped
1/2 c. Green and Red Pepper - Chopped
1 Small Can Drained Mushrooms
3 c. Boiling Water
3 Chicken Bullion Cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix top four (4) items with rice and add three (3) cups of boiling water to which three (3) chicken bullion cubes have been added.

Pour into a 3-qt. casserole, cover and bake for two (2) hours or until rice is done.

Toss lightly and serve hot.
