1 shallot, diced small
1/4 c. honey
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
4 slices bacon, diced
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Brown bacon, add shallots and cook 1 minute. DO NOT DRAIN! Stir in honey and vinegar. Add salt and pepper. Serve.
