4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 tsp. butter
3/4 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together, set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl, then add to the wet mixture. Bake in a greased and floured 11"x15" pan for 20-25 minutes at 350º. Cool completely before frosting. For frosting: mix together cream cheese and butter, add vanilla, then powdered sugar. Use milk only if necessary for thinner consistency. Keep refrigerated until served.
